Ferdie, Jimmy and Janice, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mother.  She was like a second Mom to me growing up.  Lots of good times, lots of good memories that I fondly remember.  Our thoughts are with you.

Though I personally did not know Mrs. Vollmar, I work with her son Jim at Fluor. If the traits I have seen in her son Jim such as kindness and caring were passed on to him by his mother she must have been a wonderful person. I know that she is at peace now in Heaven with our Lord Jesus where there is no pain or tears. Thank God that He gave us memories so that we never forget those special people in our lives. I pray God pours out His peace upon this family during this time and that He gives them the grace and strength they need to carry on. My deepest sympathy to the family.
