Melody left this earth and gained her wings on Sunday 12/28/2014 at 8:30 a.m.

She is survived by her husband John Gavlik. Her daughters Joanne T. Mayes and husband David A. Mayes of Powell Tennessee. Ruth L. Wu and husband Phillip Wu of Frisco, Texas.

6 grandchildren - Chris Mayes and wife Tabitha Powell Tennessee, Rebekah Veliz and husband Harrison, Powell Tennessee Travis Haworth, Tyler Haworth, Allyson Haworth, Julianne Wu all of Frisco Texas.

7 Great Grandchildren all of Powell Tennessee Damien Mayes, Draven Mayes, Dorian Mayes, Sarah R. Melillie Collins, Shaughn Collins, Alejandro Veliz, and Angel Veliz. Father August Glenwinkel

Sisters Gay Jackson and husband Don, Joy Brashears, Numerous Nieces and Nephews and many other loved family and friends.

Preceded in death by Mother Laura L. Glenwinkel, Grandmother Ella Weilbacher, Sister Gem H. Henk, Father Sherman Ferris.

All we have now are the beautiful memoies and laughs. Your time on Earth is done. Your free of the pain of this life and happy in heaven. You are loved and will be missed.
