Albert Julius Ackerman, 83, of Seminole, Florida passed away on October 24, 2023. Albert was born in Manistique, Michigan. He attended Manistique High School where he played on the Football team, Track team, and Basketball team, and was in the Band. Albert was in the United States Air Force and was proud to serve his Country.
Albert Ackerman always put his family first and was a Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Albert Ackerman was preceded in death by his wife, Kimi Ackerman. Albert is survived by a Son, James Ackerman, Daughter in law Beth Ann Ackerman; a Daughter, Karen Ackerman Higgins, Son in law Steve Higgins; Grandchildren, Sarah Ackerman, Michael Ackerman, Christopher Ackerman, Michalea Tolbert, Mallory Edwards Demas, and Megan Edwards; and Great-Grandchildren, Faith, Bradley, Cori, Madison, Lucas, Maddox, Lennox, and Ethan.
The family will host the visitation on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 11:00am-12:00pm, Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home & Cemetery, 7950 131st Street North, Seminole, FL 33776. Funeral service will take place at 12:00pm, immediately following the visitation.
