84, of Largo, Florida, passed away Mar. 24, 2013. She was born Sept. 29, 1928 in Jamaica, New York, the daughter of Roland E. and Madeline “Allen” Weinert. Barbara and her late husband, John H. Duncan moved to Florida in 1966 from Chicago, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Roland E. Weinert, Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Martha D. Walsh and Barbara D. “Bruce” Madsen; a brother, Allen M. Weinert; five grandchildren, Michael J. Madsen, Mark H. Madsen, Melissa M. Hubbard, Ashley M. Gilmore, and Sarah E. Walsh; and eleven great grandchildren.
