98, of Seminole, Florida, passed away October 27, 2014 in Largo, Florida. She was born April 4, 1916 in Frankfort, New York, the daughter of Arthur and Grace (Rogers) Nelson. Doris and her late husband, Calvin, moved to Florida in 1976 from Taberg, New York. She drove school buses for 25 years and was a former member of the Red Hat Society of Magnolia Gardens in Pinellas Park, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Francis Delaney and Calvin Hunt; a son, Richard Delaney; sisters, Virginia Ottaway and Thelma Henderson. Survivors include sons, Gerald F. Delaney, and his wife Gloria, Robert J. Delaney, and his wife Cathy, and Roger W. Hunt, and his wife Jo; 15 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
Doris will be laid to rest next to her husband, Calvin at Ava Sand Hill Cemetery in Ava, New York.
