Jeffrey was born in Barberton, Ohio to Donna and Calvin Snyder on April 4, 1953. He graduated from Seminole High School, Seminole, Florida and worked as a Horticulturist throughout his career. Jeffrey enjoyed bowling with his family and fishing on the weekends.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by father, Calvin Snyder and is survived by his daughter, Tina, brother, Calvin and mother, Donna.
