Marietta Miller

MILLER, Marietta, 99, of Clearwater, FL passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Marietta was born in Floyd County, Indiana. Before retirement, she worked as a medical secretary for John P. Hobach, MD. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and formerly volunteered as a Docent at Heritage Village Historical Park, Largo, FL.

Marietta was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy Lee Miller and brothers, Vaughn Williams and Merrill Willams.

She is survived by her 3 children, Betty (Terry) Mortimer, Stephen D. (Susie) Miller and Patty (Wes) Hogan; 6 grandchildren, Richard (Julie) Mortimer, Shari (Chris) Tanner, Michael Miller , David (Brandy) Miller, Patti April and Kathie (Tom) Zanylo and 10 great grandchildren, Brenna, Annie and Christopher Thanner, Jessalyn and Morgan Miller, Gavin and Keaton Mortimer, Wesley April and Cailyn and Conner Zanylo.

Visitation held 1-2 pm Sunday, November 29,2015 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Clearwater. Graveside service to follow 2 pm at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life reception will follow in the event room at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home.
