Tammy S Osborne

On November 15, 2023, Tammy Sue (Williams) Osborne age 57, of Clearwater, Florida, left this world to be with God. Tammy was born March 27, 1966, to the late James (Sr.) and Ruby Williams in Laplata, Maryland. She was one of ten children.

Tammy was a devoted mother to her children and grandchildren. Tammy had a big heart and always thinking of others despite her own diminishing health issues. She called everyone she loved frequently just to see how they were and if they needed anything. Tammy had a wonderful laugh and a great sense of humor and will be missed and remembered by the many lives she touched.

Tammy was pre-deceased by her parents, her son Brian Osborne, who died at two months from SIDS, her partner Mike Romano, and her brothers Charles and Timothy Williams.

Tammy is survived by her son Brandon Osborne (Amelia) and their children Brian, Mya, and Aleigha, Stepson Mike Romano Jr. (Emily) and their children Ian, Alexa, Amarias and Eliana, stepson Paul Romano (Brandi), brothers James (Karen), Tony (Patricia), and Scotty (Shannon), sisters Darlene (Greg), Brenda (Rits), Loretta (Billy), and Angie (Jason), and many nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service with immediate family will be held at the Gilroy Cemetery, Nanjemoy, Maryland.
