

Harshbarger, Tony Allan, 48 of Pinellas Park died Tues March 25th suddenly. Born Nov.11, 1965 in St. Petersburg he was the son of Leonard and Karen Powell Harshbarger. Tony was an Auto Mechanic for Grammley Auto Repair Center. He loved sports played little league baseball, in high school ran cross country track, as an adult played both indoor and outdoor soccer and softball. One of his greats loves was ice hockey and going to Lighting games. He enjoyed going to auto races. He was president of an investment club. Tony loved to help others and playing with younger nieces and nephews. He loved RC model racing and softball. He was three times Fantasy Football Champ. He raced in Tampa SS Hobbies and Raceway also Quaker Steak and Lube hosted by Phil’s Hobby Shop. Tony also raced in Ruskin at War Zone Raceway. He is survived by his parents Leonard A. and Karen (Powell) Harshbarger of St. Petersburg, brother Jackie Rush of Jasper, Alabama, his former wife and best friend Lisa Harshbarger of Pinellas Park, Aunts and Uncles; Timothy Harshbarger of Seminole, Ricky Powell of Boonville, Missouri, Janet VanNess of Independence, Missouri, Sabina Harshbarger of St Petersburg, Mary Dearmin of Carriere, Mississippi. Tony is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Monday11:00am to1:00pm at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, 7950 131st St. Seminole, FL 33776, where services will follow at 1:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association.
