Gregory Seth Condrey

Seth was born in Brunswick County on April 9, 2004. He was employed with Trademark Outdoors in the Hardscaping Division. Seth had just enlisted with the North Carolina National Guard and was very excited about becoming a soldier. He was preceded in death by his father James Michael Condrey.

Survivors include his wife, Genevieve Condrey of the home; daughter, Bexley Condrey of the home; parents, Roxann and Jamey Mauney of Shallotte; brothers, Nolan Mauney and Easton Mauney, both of Shallotte; and a brother from another mother, Ethan Hughes of Shallotte; sister, Journey Mauney of Shallotte; grandparents, Cereta and Roy Bala of Supply, Debbie and Billy Mauney of Gastonia, and Bonita Nance of Shallotte; great grandmother, Loy Heath of Ash. He was loved by an uncle, aunts, cousins and extended family.

Funeral services will be at two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 3660 Express Drive, Shallotte, North Carolina. The family will receive friends from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at White Funeral and Cremation Service.
