Joe was born on August 24th, 1954 in Plainfield, New Jersey to Anthony and Irene Salerno Clement. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pamela Clement; his children, Nicole Soisson and her husband James, Adam Clement, and Aaron Clement and his wife Kayla; his brother, Bruce Clement; his sister, Kathy Calao, and his five grandchildren.
Joe worked as an electrician with IBEW for fourty years. After he retired he moved to North Carolina to enjoy the beach and golfing. He had a passion for cooking and spending time with his family.
The family will be having a Celebration of Joe's life at a later time, to be announced.
