Judy Lane Heil

Mrs. Heil was born March 28, 1943 in Brunswick County, daughter of the late Hoyle and Lela Fulford Varnum. She was an active member of Ocean View Pentecostal Church for many years. Her bubbly personality and friendly nature was what made her so special to everyone. She enjoyed working in her flowers and gardening. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her tons of joy. Preceding her in death was a son, Martin Dean Heil and her beloved Yorkie Little Bit.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Richard L. Heil of Supply; son, Derek Heil and wife Tara of Columbia, SC; brother, Harold D. Varnum and wife Katie of Supply; three grandchildren, Holli Purcell and husband Chris, Melissa Jinkins and husband Dustin, Cassidy White and husband C.J.; five great grandchildren, Johnathan, Katherine, Kaylee, Annabelle, and Rory.

Funeral services will be Thursday, November 4, 2021 at three o’clock in the afternoon at Ocean View Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow in Sabbath Home Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
