Mark Jefferson Lee

Born on February 7, 1960 in Fayetteville, NC, Mark was the son of the late Dr. Douglas Lee and Mrs. Frances Warren Lee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Patrick Lee, Michael Lee, and Kelly Lee, and his nephew, Christopher Butler. Mark is survived by his wife, Conley, his three sisters, Sheila Ritchie (Jim), Mateney Warren (Roger), Kathy Lee, his brother, David Lee (Sonya), and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mark shared a birthday with his older sister, Sheila. He loved to celebrate their birthday together. He loved to spend time with his friends, family, and beloved dogs (Keiks and Dallas), going to the beach, fishing, roasting oysters, and golfing. He will be remembered as a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be greatly missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral Mass will be held at Saint Patrick Catholic Church in Fayetteville on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:00pm. Visitation with the family will be at noon, prior to the Mass.

Memorial donations can be made to the Fayetteville Animal Protection Society, Cumberland County Animal Services, Brunswick County Animal Services, or to a local animal rescue of your choosing.
