Mary Margaret Causey Tucker

Margaret was born in West Virginia to Leonard and Polly Osbourn on January 17, 1942. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, renowned for her baking skills and generosity. She always had a smile for everyone and loved spending time with her family and friends. Margaret enjoyed a career as a registered nurse as well as being a wife and homemaker.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, former husband Richard Riley Causey, husband William “Bill” Tucker and grandson, Jacob Causey. Surviving are her sons, Richard Glen Causey and significant other Michelle of Elizabeth, WV; Samuel Causey of Fayetteville, NC and Patrick Causey and wife Marilyn of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, a sister Patricia Fedczak and husband James of Auto, WV; special family friend Arthur Tober and wife Angela of Holden Beach, NC, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Margaret will be laid to rest in a private graveside service in Auto, WV. Family and friends are invited to visit with Margaret’s family on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at White Funeral and Cremation Service in Shallotte.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wounded Warrior in memory of Margaret and her beloved Bill who served his country in the US Army and National Guard.
