Maxine Williams Frye

Mrs. Frye was born January 21, 1932 in Pinehurst, NC the daughter of the late Jessie and Kate Williams. She worked for several years with Williams Pest Control in Reidsville and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Frye enjoyed traveling and was known as the family baker.

Survivors include her son Paul T. Frye, Jr.; a daughter Norma J. Frye of Shallotte; a sister Eileen Williams and husband Tom of Michigan; two step brothers, Alfred Rich and Bill Rich of Florida; a grandson Christopher Sean Frye; four great-grandchildren, Alex, Jarrett, Connor, and Anikan; and a great-great-grandson Aiden. Mrs. Frye was preceded in death by her husband Paul T. Frye; four brothers, Warren Williams, Arthur Williams, Robert Williams, and “Bud” Williams; and a sister Edith Campbell.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 11:00 o’clock in the morning in the White Funeral Service Chapel in Shallotte with Reverend Richard Stone officiating.
