Aunt Dot was my favorite!  She introduced me to the Norwood library (where she worked) and at the ripe old age of 3, she issued me my very own library card.  The card, and probably that building are long gone, but my love of books and learning have only grown stronger with the passing of time.
She took me on a trip to Washington DC.  It was my first vacation via train.  What wonderful memories!  They all had to be in our memory banks, because Uncle Eddie had given her a small, tiny spy camera to document our adventures. It was so intricate we had to take it to a camera shop just to refill the film.  Well, after all the fun and adventures, when the pictures were developed all we had was over one hundred shots of her finger!  Best laugh ever!!!  This world is at a huge loss now that this sweet lady has passed on to a better placed.  She will be missed.
