Hazel, 92, born Oct. 15, 1919 in Russell Springs, KY to her parents Russell and Affa Bernard passed away Jan. 3, 2012. She married Garney Daniel Sept 26, 1940. Hazel leaves three sons; Lyle (Glo), Gary (Karen), and Keith (Lois); 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Garney, three sisters; Flora Renner, Zee Burress and Jeanie Burkhart, one brother Russell “Jr.” Bernard. She also leaves one remaining brother Leonard “Buster” Bernard. Visitation Saturday Jan. 7 at Central Parkway Church of God 3220 Central Parkway, Cinti, 45225 from 10 AM until time of service at 11:30 AM. Burial at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
