Gary R. Kletzien

Gary was born February 16, 1955 in Sheboygan to Raymond and Ruth (Schmidt) Kletzien. He attended local elementary schools and Sheboygan South High School.

From 1977 to 1980, Gary served his country with the U.S. Army, stationed in California and Missouri.

He was formerly married to Debbie White.

Gary was employed at the Kohler Co. for nearly 20 years in the IT Department until illness forced his retirement in December of 2010.

Gary enjoyed attending stock car races and taking rides in the country.

Survivors include a daughter, Shannon Kletzien of Sheboygan; a sister, Barbara (Leonard) Louisier of Sheboygan; and other family members and friends including, Ken and Joyce Kregel; Tally; and Dennis.

His parents preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Monday, 1:00 P.M. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Interment will take place in Lutheran Cemetery. A time of visitation and support will be held at Ballhorn Chapels on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in his name.

Gary’s family extends their thanks to the many caregivers and physicians at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic and Sharon S. Richardson Hospice for their kindness.
