Mark S. Mallmann

Mark Steven Mallmann, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. He was born in Sheboygan on August 19, 1948, the son of the late Frederick and Clara (Roth) Mallmann. Mark loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and friends.

Mark is lovingly survived by his daughter, Marisa Claranne Mallmann; special step-grandchildren: Cole, Mahliya, Kylie; brothers: Mick (Sandy) Mallmann, Thomas (Rosemary) Mallmann, Timothy (Kathy) Mallmann, John (Shelby) Mallmann; sisters: Candace Alten, Penny Lynn (Daniel) Prue, Barbara (Donald) Batt; nieces and nephews: Katrina (Richard) Beseler, Donald Batt Jr; Gillian (Robert) Lettre, Jessica (Tim) Carpenter, Daniel (Melissa) Batt, Thomas (Wendy) Mallmann, Dawn (Adam) Austin, Angela Mallmann, Michelle Mallmann, Michael Mallmann, Chrystal Mallmann, Anthony Alten, Jennifer Alten, Jeffrey Alten, Brianna Mallmann, Kylie Mallmann and several other great nieces and nephews.

Mark is preceded in death by his soul mate, Barbara Janke, mother of his only child.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mark’s name.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. James Thomas and his nurses, Leah and Elan at the Froedtert Cancer Center and the staff at Sharon Richardson Hospice Center for all their love, care and support for Mark.

A Memorial Service for Mark will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Ballhorn Chapels and Crematory, 1201 N. 8th Street, Sheboygan, with Pastor Nancy Simenz officiating. Friends will be welcomed for the visitation from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
