Nicholas Patrick Sheehan

Nick was born December 7, 1989 in Sheboygan to Joseph and Lynn (Wilder) Sheehan. He attended Grant Elementary School, Urban Middle School and Sheboygan North High School from which he graduated in 2008. Nick also attended UW-Sheboygan, Frontrange Community College and Madison College.

His passion for the past 5 summers was being a camp counselor at Camp Y-KODA. Nick also worked at the Boys’ and Girls’ Club in their after-school program

Nick loved baseball, the Brewers, Packers, Badgers and talking sports. He beamed when working with youth always getting them to try something they thought they couldn’t do. He helped others have fun as they grew.

Survivors include his father Joseph Sheehan and stepmother, Barbara Sheehan of Sheboygan; his mother, Lynn Sheehan of Holland, Michigan; his brother Joe Sheehan and his sister Courtney Sheehan both of Boulder, Colorado; a step-sister, Kelly O’Neil of Grafton, WI; his paternal grandmother Rita Sheehan of North Muskegon; his maternal grandparents Donald and Patricia Wilder of Muskegon: his step grandparents Dennis and Mary Murry of Sheboygan and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Joseph Sheehan.

A memorial service will be held Friday, 7:00 P.M. at Praise Fellowship, 2313 N. 31st. St. A time of visitation and support will be held at Praise Fellowship on Friday from 3:00 P.M. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name to help students who need financial assistance to attend Camp Y-KODA.

Nick will always be remembered for his contagious laugh, his smile from the heart and his caring attitude.
