Wanda S. Argiropoulos

Wanda was born August 7, 1949 in New York City, NY to Herman and Florence O’Connor Starnes.

Following high school, Wanda continued her education at Skidmore College and later at State University of New York where she received her Masters Degree in Advanced Classroom Teaching.

Wanda was an educator and dance instructor at Jessica’s School of Dance in Sheboygan until illness forced her retirement. She enjoyed many friendships with the Erie Canal Cloggers Dance Group.

On May 27, 1972 Wanda and Gary Argiropoulos were united in marriage in Saratoga Springs, New York. They became Sheboygan residents in 2006.

In addition to her husband Gary, Wanda is survived by her father Herman, brother Gerry, two sons, Mason and Perry and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 5:00PM, Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. A time of visitation and support will be held at Ballhorn Chapels on Saturday from 4:00 PM until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers contributions would be appreciated for the memorial fund established in her name for the American Cancer Society.

Wanda will always be remembered for her love of music and dancing as well as being a loving mother and wife.
