Donald Thomas Dunbar

   He is preceded in death by his mother, Rita Wood Dunbar; his brother, Albert Bruce Dunbar; along with an uncle, Donald Wood Sr. 

   Donald was a Christian by faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, racing cars, and working on cars and motorcycles. He especially enjoyed time with his granddaughter and will be sadly missed. 

   He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Elisabeth Dunbar; his father, Albert Harry Dunbar; his brother, Lonnie Dunbar (Melissa); his niece, Angela Dunbar; his grandchildren, Myla Dunbar, Blake, Alaya and Brianna Weird; his former wife, Donna Dunbar; his stepchildren, Dawn Mudd and Mark Anthony Weird; along with a host of other friends and family. 

    Funeral service will be 4 pm Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Hardy-Close Funeral Home. Visitations will be Sunday from 1 pm until time of service at 4.
