Margaret D. "Mason" Brooks

Margaret D. “Mason” Brooks, age 92 of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on October 30, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude W. Brooks; father and mother, Claude and Ethel Mason; daughter, Barbara Hagan; 2 grandchildren, Terry Fleener and Morgan West. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Samuel Howlett (Cindy), Judy West, Wanda Brooks, and Claud Brooks; 16 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; brother, Donald “Bud” Mason; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 12 noon on Friday in the chapel at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Highway, Shepherdsville Kentucky) with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may pay their respects from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday and on Friday from 9 a.m. until time of service at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home.
