Peggy Little

   Peggy Ann Little, age 83 of Portland, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.  She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dwight Taylor and Ruby McComb Hawkins and her granddaughter, Gretchen Farmer. She worked for Nolin Insurance Co. for 20 years.

   She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Pamela Darlene Farmer (David); granddaughter, LeighAnn Myers (Damon Sr.); great-grandchildren, Damon Myers Jr., Geneva Myers, Caylee Cook, Joseph Porter and Madyson Farmer; sister, Diane Taylor and a host of other family and friends.

   Funeral service will be conducted at 7 pm on Monday, December 26, 2022, in the chapel at Hardy-Close Funeral Home, 285 S. Buckman Street in Shepherdsville with cremation to follow.
