He was preceded in death by his son, Johsua, his grandparents, Harry and Jackie Walls, Willis and Willow Sawyers.

Robby enjoyed many hobbies. He welded and found peace in mowing grass. But his true passion was music. He knew how to play multiple instruments, like the drums and bass guitar and loved to sing. He was very talented and played in several bands where music was truly his heart and soul. He was a very loving man who never hesitated to help a stranger. People were drawn to his kindness and gentle nature. He will be sadly missed by so many who loved him.

He is survived by his parents, Peggy and Mac; his son, Justin; his siblings, Tina and her partner, Jessica, who he called “Wonder Woman”, other siblings, include, Wayne, Cindy and Crystal; his very close cousins growing up, Jami and Joey; along with a host of aunt, uncles, cousins and grandbabies.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 3:00 pm, at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 South Buckman Street Shepherdsville. Visitations will be Sunday from Noon until the time of service at 3:00 pm.
