Amanda Michelle Allen

Amanda Michelle Allen, age 39, of Louisville, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, November 4, 2022.   She was born in Jefferson County, KY on March 18, 1983, to Donald R. Allen and Cindy Kay Brown Allen.

Amanda was employed by Praxis Recovery as a Patient Engagement Specialist and was a strong advocate for The Healing Place

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William Brown and Beverly Brown and Dennis and Laverne Allen; uncle, William J. Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memory a sister, Krystal Scamahorne; brothers, Shane Allen (Tabby) and Shaun Allen (Tiffany); nieces, Jordyn Scamahorne and Annie Allen; nephews, Kaleb Scamahorne, Brantley Allen, Chandler Allen, Eric Miller and Spencer Miller a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 6 pm on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road).  Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 12 noon until time of the service at the funeral home.
