Billy Lee Hickman

Mr. Billy Lee Hickman, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Mr. Hickman was born on February 22, 1938, in Louisville, KY. Among those that preceded him in death are his parents, Lester and Ruth Hickman; wife, Dovie Hickman and children, Billy and Kevin Hickman.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Debbie Grider and Mark Hickman (Josie); grandchildren, Anna Stoess, Michael Hickman, Ayden Hickman, Amy Yont and David Grider; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan and Colton Stoess; brother, Carlos Hickman; nephews, Daniel and Steve Hickman; step brothers, George and Jessie Gore and dear friends, Morris and Barbara Dunn Bennett.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m.  Monday, January 14, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. www.subfuneralhome.com
