Mr. Carl D. Tungett, age 77, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022. He was born on September 5, 1945, to the late Russell F. Tungett and Bessie (Fromheart) Tungett. Carl was in the Trucking industry for over 50 years, he loved golfing and enjoyed a good hand of poker, but most of all he truly loved his family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Russell Tungett, Jr, and Billy Tungett.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Anna Tungett, his son Ken Tungett (Stacey), daughter Lori Kollenberg (Stuart), 3 grandchildren, Leeann Sztanya, Brandi Tungett, Krista Tungett, and 3 great grandchildren, Riley, Mason, and Gage Schrogim, 1 brother Ronnie Tungett (Sylvia) along with a host of other dear family and friends.
Visitation will be on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. With a private burial to follow.
