Charles Todd Hauck

Mr. Charles Todd Hauck, age 63, of Fairdale, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Mr. Hauck was born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania on August 24, 1961 to the late Harold L. Hauck and Gloria Houser Hauck. He was Methodist by faith, served in the United States Army and retired from the Louisville Metro Government/ Metro Parks Department.

In addition to his parents, his brother, Donald Hauck and sister, Janice St. Clair preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 44 years, Starla Hauck; children, Tara Bohn (Sean), Brian Wombles (Rebekah) and Kimberly Frederick (Jay); 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Winnie Howell (Jack), Sally Snyder and Laura Welliver (Dale), all of Pennsylvania; brother, Harold Hauck of Idaho; several nieces and nephews and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday, August 18, from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 am until the time of his service at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
