Clifford Andrew Helton

Mr. Clifford Andrew Helton, age 74, of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father on August 31, 2018. Mr. Helton retired from R.J. Reynolds-Alcoa as a maintenance machinist and was a Baptist by faith. Among those that preceded him in death include his mother, Dovie (Richmond) Helton; father and stepmom, Custer and Alma Helton; and a brother. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 56 years, Joanna (Frazier) Helton; children, Debbie Helton, Keith Helton and Terri Helton; sisters, Mary Walden, Carolyn Martin and Diane Whitehead; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 1-8 pm and Wednesday from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
