Dale Allen Banet

Dale Allen Banet, age 72, of Bonnieville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. He was born on November 5, 1951, in Indiana to the late Paul Banet and Marilyn Banet Miller. Dale loved nature and enjoyed being outdoors. He cherished the animals around him, especially his five loving dogs: Ginger, Sassy, James, Dolly and Sadie. He loved fishing and loved to travel with his family to the Smoky Mountains and different beaches. His true passion was his family and bringing them to appreciate the life around them on their farm.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 17 years, Maribel (Flores) Banet; children, Ashley Nicole Banet, Jason Banet, Max Abbott and Blaise Abbott; grandson, Jaelen; 1 great-grandson; sister, Paula Stephenson; brother, Jim Banet; half-brothers, Allen Banet and Tom Mabe; best friend, Paul Armagost and a host of other family and friends.

Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) is in charge of arrangements where his family will honor Dale’s wishes of cremation.
