David Neal Cecil

Mr. David Neal Cecil, age 65, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 20, 2022. He was born on September 27, 1956 to the late Sylvester and Doris Cecil in Louisville, Kentucky. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Wesley Cecil. He was a big sports fan of UK and UofL and enjoyed tinkering with his car.

He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Steve Spalding, Billy Johnson, Maria Smith (Joey), Tonya Crum (Brad); his nieces and nephews, Amber, DJ, Stevie, Zack, Dalton, Drew, Drace and Jordyn; his great nieces and nephew, Brynlee, Jax and Grayson; along with a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:30pm on Monday, January 31, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 10 am until time of service.
