Donald Jay Conrad

Mr. Donald Conrad, age 81, of Mt. Washington, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, September 10, 2022. He was born on February 14, 1941 in Barberton, Ohio. Mr. Conrad worked as an administrative clerk for the Jefferson County Health Department in Kentucky. He was a veteran of the United States Army in the Vietnam Era. Mr. Co nrad was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and also the Bullitt Amateur Radio Society (BARS). He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul L. and Alvina Conrad; and brother-in-law, Fred Sheffler.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 52 years, Veronica Conrad; sons, Paul Conrad (Tina), Pete Conrad; grandchildren, Shawn Conrad, Jacob Conrad, Rayland Bennett; step grandchildren, Katelyn White, Alexandria Whitney, Michael White, Crystal Patrick, Ricky Dusablon, Anthony Weaver; sister, Judy Sheffler; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11:30am in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (11501 Maple Way, Louisville, KY 40229) with burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home Mt. Washington (123 Winning Colors Dr.) from 2:00pm until 8:00pm.
