Doris Jean Morgan

Mrs. Doris Jean Morgan, age 87, of Westport, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 20, 2021. Mrs. Morgan was born in Louisville, KY on January 26, 1934 to the late Jess Erwin and Jenny Mae Erwin.

Among those who preceded her in death are, her husband, Arthur R. Morgan; brother, Charles ; sisters, Mary, Barbara Ann and Constance.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Ronnie Morgan (Linda), Arthur Morgan Jr. (Laura), Steve Morgan (Pat), David Morgan (Vicky), Gary Morgan and Daniel Morgan; daughters, Debbie Beard (Tom) and Denise Hegerman (Ray); 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Williams (Bill), Marilyn Manion (Frankie) and Patsy Olsen (Sonny) and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, March 25, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Beth Haven Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Wednesday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
