Elva Dean Henderson

Elva Dean Henderson age 83 was born September 20, 1929 to the late Claude and Zona Mayes Myers and returned to her Heavenly Father April 23, 2013. Mrs. Henderson was a care giver for various nursing homes and private homes. She was loved by many.

Among those who preceded her in death include her parents; husband, O.B. Henderson; son, Lawrence Henderson; sisters, June Fugust and Billie Dewitt; brothers, Ray, Ronnie C.D. and Blackie Myers.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Andra Philpott (Don); sons, Leon Henderson (Linda), Gary Henderson (Nancy) and Larry Henderson; sisters, Jessie Bull and Sue Kraus; brother, Gene Myers; six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Friday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Bethany Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 11 A.M. until 2 P.M. Friday at Schoppenhorst.
