Gregory Walter Ingold

Mr. Gregory Walter Ingold, age 59, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, April 12, 2021. Mr. Ingold was born in Louisville, KY on March 15, 1962. He was a machinist/ Tool & Die maker for Six Sigma of J-Town. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and son-in-law. He was an amazing person who was a true gift to everyone who knew him. He had a flair for making people laugh. Greg was a fun loving, kind and caring person. There wasn’t anything in the world he could not fix but his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family. We are left with all the laughs, crazy stories and beautiful memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

Among those who preceded him in death are, his father, Walter Ingold Jr.; paternal grandparents, Walter and Lucille Ingold; his maternal grandparents, Jacob and Mildred Leffler and his uncle, Donald Ingold.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Pamela Joy Ingold; daughter, Kristen Ingold (Scott); grandson, Ayden; mother, Patricia L. Ingold; siblings, Paul Ingold and Jennifer Lee and Laura Crafton (Rick); mother-in-law, Sue Wolfe (Bill); nephews and nieces, Robert Lee (Liz), Patrick Lee and Lauren Lee and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service is private. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) is handling arrangements with private burial at Brookland Cemetery.
