Mr Gregory Eugene Mitchell, age 70, of Shepherdsville, Ky returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 3, 2025. Gregory was born in Whiting, Indiana on November 7, 1954, to the late Cliford and Geneva “Gipson” Mitchell. He was a Electrical Engineer for Eaton Electrical.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Mitch Mitchell.
He is survived by his wife, Christine “Harper” Mitchell; sons, Andrew Mitchell (Angela) and Michael Mitchell (Hannah); sisters, Julie Booker and Sherri Allen (Jerry); grandchildren, Brilee, Camberlee, Dailynn and Jasmine; and a host of friends.
A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 187 Deatsville Rd. Cedar Grove. Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, at John Harper Freeway) is in charge of arrangements.
