James Edward Ford, Jr., age 61, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, September 13, 2021. James was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 15, 1960, to James Edward Ford, Sr. and Barbara Shoulders Ford. James is preceded in death by his mother. He leaves to cherish his memory his father James Edward Ford, Sr.; brothers Joe Puckett, Gary Ford and Mark Puckett; sister Donna K. Ford, Jeannie Puckett and Geradine Ford; and a host of family and friends survive. Memorial service will be held at 5 pm on Thursday, September 16, 2021, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Thursday from 1 pm until time of service at the funeral home
