Jeffrey (Jeff) Allen Shofner

 Jeffrey (Jeff) A. Shofner, age 39, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. He was born on November 27, 1983, in Louisville, Kentucky to Jeffrey Scott Shofner, and Kathy (Johnston) Shofner.  Jeff liked fishing, bowling, and golfing. He also really enjoyed playing games, especially card games. Most of all he loved spending time with his two children Emily and Mason and all his nieces and nephews. Jeff will be truly missed by all who know him, and especially his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronald Johnston, and Terry and Christine Shofner. 

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, his daughter, Emily Shofner, and son, Mason Shofner, his two sisters Elizabeth Dunn (Tommy), and Dawn Shofner, brother, Jeremy Shofner (Heather), and grandmother, Donna Johnston, along with a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family and friends can pay their respects on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Brookland Cemetery.
