He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Janice Thomas; his father, Dennis Thompson; his significant other, Jennifer Hubbs (of Port St. Lucie, FL); many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Humane Society of Kentucky.
