Joyce Lee Kelley

Miss Joyce Lee Kelley, age 73, of Shepherdsville returned to her Heavenly Father on January 4, 2025. Miss Kelley was born on April 2, 1951, in Louisville, KY to the late Harlan and Thelma (Vertrees) Kelley. She worked at the Masonic Home as a certified nursing assistant. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents, son, Stephen Kelley; brother, George Kelley; and sisters, Betty Davis, Thelma Jean Kelley, and Brenda Kay Kelley.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Johnny Kelley (Kimberley); granddaughter, Autumn Kelley; grandson, Noah Boutwell; brothers, Johnny Kelley, Jackie Kelley (Linda), and Walter Heasler (Gayle); and sisters, Bonnie Lindley, Suzanne Douglas, and Judy Moore.

The family has chosen cremation. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) has been entrusted with the arrangements. www.subfuneralhome.com
