Leo Kenneth Shulthise

Mr. Leo Kenneth Shulthise, age 84, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Mr. Shulthise was born in Louisville, KY on July 24, 1935 to the late Albert Shulthise and Louise Catherine McMahon. He was a United States Army veteran and a member of Amvets Post 61. He was a graduate of Southern High School, and 65-year owner of Shulthise Trenching and Excavating, Inc.

His brother, Darryl Shulthise preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 59 years, Bonnie Shulthise; his children, Belinda Cline (Robert) and Tony Shulthise; grandchildren, Dalton, Natalie, Mindy  and Jeremy; siblings, Joe Shulthise, Cheryl Croan, Phil Shulthise and Kim Ferriell and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 26, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
