Leslie Clifford "John" Crump

Mr. Leslie Clifford "John" Crump, age 84, of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father on February 2, 2015. Mr. Crump retired after 38 years of service at Solite Company. Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, Jesse and Carrie Belle Crump; 3 brothers; and 1 sister. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 65 years, Lois Troutman Crump; children, Johnnie Crump (Kim) and Theresa Peace; grandchildren, James Thomas (Rebecca), John Leslie (Sandy), Russell and Jason; 4 great-grandchildren, Zachary, Ally, Gentry and Cash; brothers, Roscoe (Marell) and Harold (Wanda) Crump; sister, Mary Edith Brumett (Donnie); brothers-in-law, Burby and Paul Troutman; mother to Jamie and John Leslie, Shirley Shulthise; and father to Russell and Jason, Herman Peace.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10 am on Saturday, February 7, 2015 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road; use John Harper entrance).
