Lester Wayne Johnson Sr., age 84, of Hillview, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 17, 2020. Lester is preceded in death by his parents, Willis H. and Tisha “Mann” Johnson; and siblings, Marvel, Mary Lou, Tommy, and Willis H. Johnson Jr. He leaves to cherish her his memory his children, Kenny Johnson (Diane), Tony Johnson, Shawn Johnson, Lester Johnson Jr. (Racquel),and Marlene Smith (Mike); 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great- great grandchild; siblings, Jayne, John, and Helen; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Tuesday from 2pm until 8pm and on Wednesday from 10am until time of service at the funeral home.
