Paul and Donna Harrison

Mrs. Donna Jean Harrison, age 78, of Fairdale returned to her Heavenly Father Sunday, November 17, 2019. Mrs. Harrison was born on May 31, 1941 in Louisville to the late Earl and Geneva (Morris) Cole. Mrs. Harrison was a retired clerical worker for Brooklawn Youth Services. Among those that preceded her in death are her parents; and brothers, Ronald Carl and Gary Wayne Cole.

Mr. Paul Thomas Harrison, age 83, of Fairdale returned to his Heavenly Father on November 17, 2019. Mr. Harrison was born on July 2, 1936 in Louisville to the late Alvin and Lovena Harrison. Mr. Harrison was retired from Brown Williamson Tobacco and was a licensed pilot. Among those that preceded him in death are his parents; wife, Donna Jean Harrison; and infant sister, Robin Lynn Harrison.

Paul and Donna were married in 1956. Donna loved to spend time gardening and tending to her flowers. Paul had an amazing artistic value and could fix anything. The two spent their later years adoring their grandchildren and great granddaughter.

They leave to cherish their memory, Cary and Greg (Kellie) Harrison; grandchildren, Benjamin Lee, Samantha Sue and Caroline “Niki” Harrison; great granddaughter, Zelda Rose Harrison; and Mrs. Harrison’s sister, Cheryl (Cole) Eakle (Darrell).

Funeral service will be conducted at 5 pm on Friday, November 22, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home Mt. Washington (Hwy 44 East 123 Winning Colors Dr.) with interment at 10 am on Saturday, November 23, 2019 in Mt. Holly Cemetery.
