Peggy Vaughn

Mrs. Vaughn retired as the Department Head Secretary from Philco Ford Aeronutronics Division in California in 1972 after marrying her current husband, Charles Thomas Vaughn Sr. In 1973 she and her husband entered the ministry and in 1978 began pastoring churches in Kentucky, Wyoming and California. Their ministry came to an end on January 28, 2017 while pastoring there last church in Louisville before moving to Mt. Washington.

Among those who preceded her in death include her parents, Clyde Stephens and Louise Shade Stephens and one brother.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Tom Vaughn; sons, Douglas William Reiter and Donald Reid Reiter; grandchildren, Cody, Douglas, Danielle Marie and Donald Jr.; great grandchildren, Ryland, Addison and Braydon Smith; sister-in-law, Linda Colvin; stepchildren, Deborah Bates (John), Shannon Brennan (Bill), Kimberly Smaagaard (Ian), Thomas Vaughn Jr. (Sandy), Ervin Vaughn (Blossom), Mark Nellums (Mia) and Billy Vaughn (Pam).

Cremation was chosen.
