He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Vickie L. Smith; children, Clint Smith, Chasitie Wakeland and Selena Wakeland; grandchildren, Clayton, Taylor, Sydney, Tyler, Brianna, Wesley, Kiahna, Lance, Jayda, Andy and Xavier; great-grandson, Julius; siblings, Robert Smith (Dosie), Selena Hicks (Denny) and Renee Seely (Mike) and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
