Richard B. Parks

Richard B. Parks Jr. age 78 of Okolona returned to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Among those who preceded him in death are his parents, Richard B. Parks Sr., Chloe Wadsworth Parks; step mother, Pauline Clark; and brother, Harold Parks. He was retired from Roller Die Forming after 49 years of service and Kentucky Roller Forming. He was a Baptist by faith and member of the Collie Club of Kentucky. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Norma Parks; sons, Mike Parks (Donna), Wayne Parks (Angie), Dan Parks (Susie); 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; brothers, Donnie, David, Roy Parks; sister, Sue Carol Sims and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 10 am on Saturday in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial in Brookland Cemetery.
