Ronnie Chesser

Mr. Ronnie Chesser, age 71, of Hillview, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Mr. Chesser was born in Louisville, KY on June 23, 1953 to the late Naman Chesser and Aubrey Morris Chesser. He was a devoted member of Radiant Life Church of God and was a hardworking man who spent 47 years as a truck driver. He was a loving husband and stepfather with a steady presence and kind heart.

In addition to his parents, his first wife, Judy Chesser; his sisters, Diana Chesser and Deloris Chesser and his brother, Gary Chesser preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 9 ½ years, Carolyn Sue Chesser; stepchildren, Paul Chesser and Tracy Murphy (Ryan) both of Hillview, KY; brother, Ricky Chesser (Martha) of Washington County, KY and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Monday, June 9, 2025 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday from 12:00 pm until the time of his service at 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
