Mr. Strickland was born on May 26, 1963 in Louisville, Kentucky. He worked as a restaurant manager for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Neil Strickland; brother, Edd Strickland and several cousins.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Rebecca Gabhart Strickland; mother, Sharon Patterson Strickland; sister, Debora Rowell; nieces, Patricia Chere Clark and Devin Kaye Walsh; uncle, David Strickland (Anita) and several cousins.
Funeral service will be held Friday, March 31, 2017 at 12 p.m. in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Burial in Brookland Cemetery to follow.
